Our cottages and apartments are self-contained, comfortably furnished and equipped to Visit Scotland standards. We have tried to enhance the individual character of each property through furnishings, fabrics and Scottish paintings and prints. The properties are open throughout the year and rates are adjusted according to the season. Each season with its changing colours and light has special qualities. The weather is always unpredictable, but changes nearly every day!

- Check availability and prices for any dates you like by clicking on the button beside each property. We usually let by the week from Saturday to Saturday, but can offer short breaks of minimum 2 nights outwith the main season.

Etive Cottage - Sleeps 2 persons
This is a two storey cottage in one of the original buildings separate from the main house. It consists of an open plan sitting room and dining / kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor, up a wooden staircase is the double bedroom (king size bed) and bathroom, which has a bath and shower. There is also a hot cupboard. The cottage has its own small patio with a table and chairs.
Corrie - Sleeps 2 persons
This courtyard apartment is on the ground floor in the original part of the main house. It has a spacious double bedroom, which includes the sofa and sitting area. There is an ensuite bath and shower. The kitchen has recently been hand crafted in wood to complement the traditional dresser and includes a dining table. The entrance hall includes a drying cupboard.
Creran - Sleeps 4 persons
This apartment is on the first floor of the main house in the original building and up a turret staircase. The entrance hall leads to the bathroom which has a bath and shower and a large heated towel rail. Off the central hall is one large bedroom with twin beds and one smaller bedroom with bunk beds. The kitchen is small but well equipped and the large sitting / dining room overlooks the front garden.
Linnhe - Sleeps 4 persons
On the lower ground floor of the main house with steps to its own private entrance and with an inner and outer hall for coats and boots. It has two bedrooms, both with twin beds and a bathroom with bath and shower. The sitting room faces west for views of our superb sunsets. The spacious kitchen with the dining table is ideal for shared and family cooking.
Laich Cottage - Sleeps 5 persons
This was once the Gardener's cottage and has its own private sunny garden with views to the hills and a garden table and chairs. The cottage has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and one with a single bed and a set of bunks. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The main living area has a large dining table and sitting area, with a wood burning stove, and the kitchen adjoining.
Useful Information
Pets:
We regret that we are unable to take pets in the properties or in the garden. However we do have our own dogs and cat.
Heating:
The properties all use electricity. There is a variety of storage, convector and fan heaters with time clocks to give you as much heat and hot water as you need all year round. Laich Cottage has a wood burning stove.
Cooking:
Kitchens are well equipped with all you need for a quick microwave meal or a full 5 course meal! We provide tea towels, oven gloves, dish clothes, washing-up liquid, salt & pepper and more.
Sleeping:
The beds all have two pillows, duvets and bedcovers. Please bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels or we can provide all linen for a small charge.
Environment:
We are keen to recycle wherever possible, and separate paper, glass, aluminium cans and plastic bottles from other rubbish. We make compost with garden and vegetable waste. Light bulbs are long-life.
Laundry:
There is a washing machine and dryer available for your use at any time.
Television:
Terrestial TV reception is very poor because of the mountains, so we have now had satelite installed to receive the Freeview channels. We also have a portable TV / video and a selection of videos available to borrow. Every property has a large selection of books and there is a box of games.
Gardens and Grounds:
You will have access to our extensive grounds, gardens and rope swings, at your own risk.
Tennis & Table Tennis:
We have a tennis court you are wecome to use and a table tennis table within a games pavilion. We can provide tennis racquets and table tennis bats.
